New Life Church believes that church growth occurs when God's
people demonstrate the principles found in the book of Acts, where
we read that the early church people spent time together not just
on Sundays and also in places other than just a church building.
Therefore we have a number of Life Groups (formerly called
Cell/Home Groups) which are small groups of people from the
church who meet together regularly, either in their own
homes or at the church, for times of bible study, prayer and
praise.
At the moment there are Life Groups on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and also on Thursday mornings (during school term time).
Life Groups are very useful to enable us to get to know a small group of people from the church more closely. In addition to the meetings we have social outings such as barbecues, trips out or meals out which take place regularly within each Life Group.
